4" Precast Concrete Wall Panel Connections

I'm in the process of designing the connections for a 4" precast wall panel fastened to grout filled masonry walls or steel plate which spans between steel studs spaced 16" O.C. The walls consist of 4" precast, 3" insulation and either masonry or steel studs with steel plate. Can someone help me with the design of these connections?

Lots of possibilities here - done a lot in the past.

Will probably need Simpson Anchor Designer or the Hilti equivalent to do a proper analysis.
