What is the difference between 404a refrigerants and R-134a refrigerants? Which would be more efficient for a low temp. unit?

404 is more efficient in low temp applications. 404 is a blend meant to replace 502. 134 is used in more medium temp applications, but it could be used. You may wish to check out one of the refrigerant websites. Dupont has some good info.
