4130 - Welder Qualification

A 519 Type 4130 is an unclassified material as per ASME B31.3.
My question is, for welder qualification as per QW 423 (ASME Sec IX) will I need to use the same material for welder qualification or is there any clause which exempts from doing that because if I need to use A519 Type 4130 material then I l need order more material.

You use the actual material grade for unlisted material to qualify the WPS and welder.
