433MHz direct sequence spread spectrum

Is there any commercial off-the-shelf component for a 433MHz BPSK DSSS chip. All that I find online is chipset and development-kit for either 900MHz or 2.4GHz. If anyone can guide me through this it will be great. If there is any specific company that manufactures a whole lot of other related CDMA products, it will be great. Thanks.
