I have a 4000mm diameter grass reinforced plastic pipe system in Middle East that needs checking for seismic capacity, in terms of maximum span. There are a lot of Nuclear Engineering research papers on seismic capacity of steel pipes in Japan but none it seems on GRP piping.

Upon consulting ASME 31.1 Table 121.5 the diameters only go up to 24 inches. Owing to the fact that the Middle East is not that seismically active compared to say Japan I am assuming that the peak ground acceleration, PGA, is going to be 0.2g - 0.3g.

I have also checked the US Piping Manual to no avail as it does not discuss PGA.

I was wondering if anyone has an ideas.

Grass reinforced plastic pipe?

I'm sure you meant glass instead of grass.

You might check with the manufacturer and see if they have any of the information that you need.
