5.5kw 415v 3p >230v 1p atart and run capacitors

Team I have a question, reasonable big motor to try and flick with steinmetz, 415v, 5.5kw, fla 8.9a, pf .9, eff 8.5, 50hz, 6.5 kvar,
I've done the maths and works out with going from wye to delta then to 1p, 26.6a drawn, with capacitors, slightly undersized with 120uf run and 320 uf start, run caps pull and extra 4.3a,
4mmtps cable which is 32 amps so right on the limit, have wired in a star delta starter to help with the start (hoping with the lower voltage to star will become like a soft starter aswell)
But if I stepped voltage from 230v to 460v which will have a voltage drop down a little, how would that fair on this system? Haven't installed yet, that's the question I'm a little baffled on as line>line is 415 3p and l>n is 230 3p which has is the same as supply so if I step up to 460v l>n (bit less slightly to small transformer) is that going to create and issue or will that and the circuit above work well?
Cheers

The same thing always happens.
Whenever you ask anything about a specific electric motor, first show its nameplate with the data at least.
For example, from your question it's not clear whether the 415V, 5.5 kW three-phase motor is designed to operate in a Wye or Delta connection.
