Could anyone help me, please to find a manufacturer of a 5000 gallon water-pressurized tank (MWP 100 psi @ 150 F) in USA?
I have found AAtanks and ASME Pressure Vessels, but you may have a better advice?
Thank you in advance!

I think in most cases, it WOULD be an ASME pressure vessel. And if not, would be made by the same people. Fabricators are regional, what part of the country is the tank in?

Typically, a tank of this size and pressure would be a hydropneumatic tank, and would be ASME stamped. States may have other requirements in addition.

The tank could be one non-ASME Section VIII Div.1 stamped and non-bladder type built in carbon steel/epoxy lined.
I would like to contact the fabricators from any region in USA and then compare the results.
If you tell, please as many as you know.
Thank you very much!

If there is nothing special about the tank, it won't be feasible to fabricate it and haul it across the country. So where is it going? Or, if it's for export, what port would it be going out of?

I can think of about 8 or so fabricators within 300 miles of me, and problaby a number of others that I don't know about.

If a fabricator is from the southeast region (AL, GA, FL, SC or TN) it could be one benefit.
Thanks for your help!

That's not my area, so can't help you with direct contacts. But I tried looking on the Thomas Register, and it's pulling up several fabricators just in Florida. then do a search for "pressure vessel" in florida, Ga, wherever.

Bying two second hand propane storage tanks is what we did in one of our readie-mix concrete batch plant. The nameplates of the tanks indicated allowable pressure and temperature exceeding the operating pressure and temperature needed in the winter when warm water was needed to batch.
