500ton Absorption Chiller Performance Failure

I have a newly installed hot water absorption chiller that does not operate as predicted. It has a 6degree C approach temperature from refridgerant to chilled water. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Please provide the following details to analyse the issue

Entering and Leaving Chilled water
Entering and leaving cooling water
Cooling tower capacity with inlet to cooling towers, Sump temperature and cooling tower approach as well as Dry bulb and wet bulb temperature.
Water flow rate cooling water across condenser
Chilled water flow across cooler
Hot water input to Absorption machine
