Does anyone have info on the dimensional changes one might expect when 52100, after a cryogenic treatment, is tempered at increasingly higher temps?

Does post-cryo tempering cause 52100 to grow or shrink?

Does it grow or shrink more the higher the tempering temp?

Thank You,
R as Rain

In my experience at a bearing plant back in the 70's, generally the stock will grow. How much I don't recall as I've been away from the dimensional side for too long

We had heat treat recipes known as 'Growth Tempers,' where, for example, a -100F, 2-hour deep freeze was followed by a 400F temper for six hours, to a final hardness of 58-62 HRC.
