5ik60a-aful oriental motor

Hi, I need to know how to run this motor. It is a 5IK60A-AFUL lead wire motor with no geared on it, just a belt pulley. There are plenty of markings that the experienced engineer could follow easily, but being new to single-phase motors (I don't know ow much about them more than the name) I am not sure as to how I would get this darned thing to work. In the pictures, there is one of the info. Plate and the wires coming out of it. The problem I'm having is that the previous owner seemed to have wired it, then never used it, and I have no clue how to wire this thing so that it will run! Connections depend on the direction of rotation that you want.
