6" PVC Sanitary Service Connection to a 36" trunk sewer carrier pipe inside a 54" ste

Is there a way to form a watertight sanitary service connection to a 36" PVC carrier pipe inside a 54" steel casing pipe? Spacers will be installed on the 36" carier pipe centering it within the 54" steel casing. A vertical service riser needs to extend through the top of the casing and connect to the carrier pipe. Grouting the space between the service riser and the outer casing wall is not an option. Is there an effective way to ensure a durable watertight seal between the core through the top of the casing pipe and the outer wall of the service riser?

Thanks for your response. However, my question was regarding a seal around a vertical sevice riser extended through the top of the steel casing - and not the end seals at the casing termini. The connection to the carrier pipe will probably be made with an Inserta Tee fitting, but I'm not sure how to form a watertight seal in the outer casing pipe...since the core through the casing will have to be larger than the carrier pipe core drill in order to access the tightening band on the Inserta Tee....any thoughts?

Cut a big hole in the casing pipe with a smaller hole for the service to go through and then weld it back on once you are done with the Inserta-Tee.

Install (weld) a tee on the casing pipe. Then install a seal as noted previously.

Assuming you mean the hole between your vertical riser ( of unknown size) and the casing, try something like this - a sit on saddle tee big enough to just go over your pipe once you've tapped the big pipe.

either glue it on if you can't attach it via bands or clamp on in the normal manner.
