I have a question regarding meshing TET4/10 elements. I am trying to make a simple unit cube(1x1x1) have 6 TET elements. However when I try to accomplish this, it always adds an additional 6 elements that are collapsed TETs or it only creates 5 elements. I am trying to figure out this simple case so I can eventually upscale the problem to a 16x16x4 rectangular solid with 6144 TET elements.I plan on exporting this in ABAQUS format. So while for a 1x1x1 I can easily write a .inp file for, I cannot for the 16x16x4 case.I have tried meshing the surface with Tria using the IsoMesher and then meshing the solid with TETs using the TetMesher but that doesn't seem to work. Any help or guidance would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
