600V Power Cable Selection

What type of cable do you suggest with the following technical specification?

Application: 600V power Cable
3 single conductors(3*1C one coductor for each phase)

Cover the follwing standards:

CSA-C22.2 No. 230 Tray Cables
CSA-C22.1 Canadian Electrical Code, Part I
CSA-C.22.2 No. 0.3 Test Methods for Wires and Cables
CSA-C.22.2 No. 38 Thermoset Insulated Wires and Cables
CSA-C22.2 No. 75 Thermoplastic Insulated Wires and Cables

Have a round section and shall be tray rated.

Conductors shall be stranded annealed copper

The cable insulation shall be rated for 1000V. Thickness of the insulation should be in compliance with the clause 4.2.1 of CSA standard C22.2 No. 0.3. The cable shall have a dry temperature rating of 90 C to -40 C.

cable shall be CSA flame test classified “FT4”
Cable shall be cold bend and cold impact tested to -40 C.

The ampacity needs to be 530A (size 350 MCM RW90 85-90 c based on Ambient Temperature of 30 c)for single conductor.
 
Not sure about Canadian standards. It sounds like you are describing a type XHHW cable. Check out the Rome Cable or Southwire Cable websites. Look under 600 Volt Power Cables.
 

RFQs to one or more electrical supply houses should be fairly routine.
