Sep 26, 2002 #2 CoryPad Materials Apr 15, 2002 5,192 Aluminium alloys are susceptible to galling. The solution to this problem is to coat/lubricate the surfaces. An example would be a dry-film PTFE. Upvote 0 Downvote
