A colored body in assembly component not apear in assembly and not in model

Hi

As shown in the pictures and on the atached zip
the colored two blocks don't apear no in assembly and in component model part.

Can some help explain to understand this assembly behavior

The 2 solid bodies have been assigned the color 51 at the assembly level. With the assembly open, go to part cleanup and for the "component display" option, use "remove all changes". The blocks will revert to the same color as seen in the model.

I know that for a whole component body
but I do not know that its work for a partial component.

Is it right that it works for
a partial component.

In an assembly, you can change your selection filter to solid body (or face) and change the color of individual objects in components. These color changes only show up in the assembly.

Is it right that it works for a partial component.

To the best of my knowledge it has always worked this way, so I assume it is working as intended. If you can make a good case that it should work differently, please contact GTAC and open an incident report (IR).

Nou I understand my confusion.

l`m usually coloring whole component
and to revert the color I go to
assembly property and uncheck the
specific box.

Its new to me to coloring a body of
a component by filtering to solid body.

do you know from Wich version
this is so.

It has worked this way in every version of the software that I have used (UG v15 -> NX 11).
