A deleted or invalid class id was used

Curious, I noticed when I open an assembly containing parts from a particular folder that the assembly will open except for the parts from this particular folder. When I change my load options and try to open the part again within the assembly or by itself I get this warning "A deleted or invalid class id was used"

can anyone tell me why, and how do I fix the problem?

I found that quite often with previous versions of NX (I use NX8.5), general performance bug I'm afraid to say.
