A different error: "unable to open file file1.DSPsymb"

Hello everyone..!
I am using ANSYS v17.0. I am currently leading a project for my company by using Ansys wb v17. I modelled my part but I have been facing a different error while solution is going on. I searched on Google, tried to handle this problem but I could not achieve.
