I am looking at getting a good construction law book. I am based in the UK.
The sort of book I would be looking for is one that is not too Contract Type specific, but more along the general lines (e.g. fitness for purpose versus due skill and care, explanations of different types of liability, limiting liability).
Also can anyone recommend a good book on UK health and safety legislation as well.
Any suggestions?
