Hi everyone,
I will soon start with my master thesis project that consist of building a passive varactor frequency multiplier chain. Somebody experienced in this topic can suggest me a good book on varactors? Personally I have found many of them to lack of detail and basic concepts. Would be awesome to have a good source of information to start learning about this device.
Thank you!

The ARRL Handbooks (annual editions) often have a page or two on the topic. Just confirmed with my 1989 edition at hand.
