Has anyone here ever used or heard of using a capacitor for neutral grounding? I am familiar with resistance & inductance grounding but I can't find anything on capacitance grounding.

It is used sometimes on transmission systems in transformer neutral-ground connection to prevent GIC currents (these currents are DC, and are blocked by the capacitor).

Thanks for the info, I will have to look into that...
