Can you please send me titles and authors of the books related with rain drainage from roads and bridges, there is no quality literature relating this topic in my country. It would be very useful if you send me sites where I can order books or media relating this topic.
Thanks in advance...

I think at least one Technology Transfer center has been set up in your part of the world, specifically to solve the problem you're facing. The FHWA Office of International Programs could probably give you contact information.

I think I know a lot about roads and little about bridges.

In yhe area I live in the US, many engineers use 2% for a crown/cross-slope. I believe that is woefully inadequate.
I never used less than 3% unless forced to do so by governmental direction.

I am now retired, but feel strongly about the topic, still.

Buy a dictionary, keep it nearby and USE it. Webster's New World Dictionary of American English is recommended, and Webster's Collegiate Dictionary.
