A105 Supplementary Requirement S5

Hello,

I have a customer that is asking us to purchase material that complies with ASTM A105 supplementary requirement S5.

We are an ASME shop and normally only handle ASME specs. ASME BPVC IIA 2019 states that it matches A105-05, and there is no supplementary requirement S5.

Can anyone that has access to ASTM specs confirm when this supplementary requirement came into existence?

Maybe S5 is part of a reference spec...A-266?

I have copies of A105A105M-14 and A105A105M-18 (which seems current); S5 is in neither.
It doesnt make sense to refer to S5 if it isnt part of A105; that means one should start guessing.

S5 is found in A788A788M, A696, A675A675M and A266A266M.

Thanks guys. The customer is clearly stating A105 S5, time to ask them where they're referring to...
