Do they have Grade A325 bolts with a rounded head to appear to look like rivets (on one side anyway) for replacement so they don't look really out of place in the connection? How is the head restrained in the event they do? friction? or inertia? or something else? Thanks...

The one side of TC bolts kind of looks like a rivet. I'm pretty sure that's as close as you can get. Also consider that the rivet may not be straight, when they're red hot they can be pounded through misaligned holes but probably won't have any luck doing that with bolts.

Will look into TC bolts... a problem with rivets is the 'stepping' due to misalignment... yup.

Thanks... just what I was looking for...
