A358 Cl.1 304H Pipe in ASME Section 1 Application

Does anyone know of a code case, where SA358 Cl.1 304H pipe was used in a project that required ASME Section 1 certification? I bought pipe that is SA358 Cl.1 but I needed it capable of being used in a section 1 application, and I am against a deadline now. It is my undestanding that Section One of the ASME Code does not allow A/SA358 Cl.1 pipe at all. Only A312...
