A494 gr. CW2M P-T chart

Hi all,

I have a customer who is asking from P-T chart for ASTM A494 Gr. CW2M.
In ASME B16.34 only the P-T chart of the bar form is given, Can I give the bar form values in place of the cast values? or is there an other way around
