A53 Gr.B and A53M Gr.B

Can anyone tell me the difference between A53 and A53M.

My Pipe suppliers are telling me they cannot get A53M!

The only difference is measurement units. ASTM A 53M is a Metric standard, while ASTM A 53 uses inch-pound units.
