AASHTO LRFD 2009 Fatigue Question

One of the major changes to AASHTO LRFD 2009 Design Specifications was the doubling of fatigue loading in "infinite life" cases. Because of this, a plate girder bridge that I am designing that met all requirements in AASHTO LRFD 2008 is now failing miserably in fatigue in 2009. Is anyone else having this experience in design?
