Does anyone know if the recommended changes contained in this report have been adopted in the latest (7th) edition of the AASHTO LRFD Code?

I looked through the 7th edition and these NCHRP recommendations aren't there. The NCHRP report is dated 2013, even though the 7th ed. is dated 2014 it was most likely finalized before then.
It's a good report; adds clarity to the specs.
