How do I relate AASHTO values to weight values?
Eg: AASHTO H-20 is the standard for roads - but how does that translate into weight/loads/axles/PSI?

If you have the AASHTO Specification for Design of Highway Bridges, Section 3 has a diagram of H and HS truck loadings.

That section will give you weights per axle etc.
