AASHTO Structural Number Equation 1

I was wondering if anyone knew a way of imputing the AASHTO Structural Number Empirical Formula into an excel spread sheet? I am trying to make it so I can just change the values of everything but the SN to out put a SN. I am trying to see if how much the cost benefit of the change in Standard deviation, Reliability and CBR. Geotech Engineers just throw SN out at you and I would like an easy way to check them because it seems to vary from engineer to engineer.
