ABA_PARAM.INC use outside of Abaqus

Is it possible to use the ABA_PARAM.INC file outside of the Abaqus environment? I have some code that cannot be compiled in the Abaqus compiler and I want to instead point to a pre-compiled Abaqus subroutine. How can I get my compiler to use the .INC file so that it is compatible with Abaqus? Thank you for your help!
