Abaqus 6.10 applying Initial velocity

Hi!
Is there a way to apply initial velocity to body in motion? I try to analyse stresses of connection rod and the problem is that when the calculation starts the rod starts to vibrate due the extreme acceleration. See this video:
I tried to apply Predefined field to the eye of crank end of the rod but it didn't help.
