Abaqus 6.14 data extraction 1

Dear Sirs.

I'm facing a problem, where I cannot copy and paste abaqus data to excel work sheet.
In the excel, the error message says "Excel cannot paste the data" when I tried to copy a data from abaqus. (in XY data manager)

I'm using a abaqus 6.14 and excel 2013.
I could do the same thing abaqus 6.13 and excel 2013.
When my school update abaqus to abaqus6.14.
This problem emerged.

Other person is in the same trouble.

Write it to file using the XY data manager and copy/paste from there? Or is the data you need stays the same between simulations, write a python script to extract it and write it to a CSV or something that could be opened in excel?

Thank you very much for your response.
I did xy data manager and copy/paste from there.(I attached file, which shows the data I would like to copy/paste)
But, I got "Excel cannot paste the data" when I tried to paste into excel worksheet
I could do the same things very easily in the past version.
Unfortunately, I cannot use older version now and don't know python coding.
Do you have any ideas to solve this?

Use the report option or something to write it to file, then open that in excel. There's a bunch of different ways you can do it with or without coding in Python.

I have also tried the copy paste method and it does not work with any of the MS Office applications or Notepad. I used Plug-ins -> Tools -> Excel Utilities and it worked fine.
