Recently I tried to install ABAQUS 6.14 in mi MAC using parallels. I find that this error was due to the procesor used, in my case i5, and because of the compatibility. The problem appear when I try to install Windows Visual C++ 2005,2008,2010 SP1 runtime libraries in the process of installing ABAQUS.
I'm also trying to install ABAQUS in a Windows native PC, but the PC is 32 bits so I'll have a long way until achieve the instalation because ABACUS is 64 bit application. Can someone help me with this problem? I think its not a big deal, but I have no time and no specific knowledge.
