Abaqus Associative Link with Abaqus

Hi all,

Does anyone here use Solidworks and Abaqus?

I have successfully installed the Abaqus-Solidworks associative addin into Solidworks The problem now is that in Abaqus, when I try to open the associative import through Tools -> CAD interfaces -> Solidworks, I get the following error message, which I never have seen before. "Associativity import license for Solidworks is not available", although I know it is available as I just install it and added this successfully. Any input would be much appreciated.

Wouldn't this be a question for whoever sold you the Abaqus license.
