Abaqus-CAE : Facing problem in Assembly

I am facing a problem positioning the instance. I am trying to rotate the instance the way I need, but I am unable to do so. I have marked the point, and I have drawn how to position it. Please guide me.

It's hard to say based on these screenshots but Translate Instance (you can select source and target point) and Rotate Instance should work.

I attempted to use the 'rotate instance' function, but it isn't aligning perfectly with the desired position. The 3rd point is not coming to the third datum point, first two point of the instance came to the datum point as shown in figure.
Please guide
