Abaqus-CAE : How to put the instance in Assembly at correct position

This is the cross-sectional view of my model, and there is one steel member. However, during modeling, I am unable to understand the position of the steel member, so I cannot place it in its correct position. The total number of steel members is , but from the cross-section, I am unable to determine where to position them in the assembly.

Please help me to understand the position of steel member

Draw this in Abaqus/CAE sketcher and use it as a reference for instance positioning in the assembly.

I will explain my question. I have modeled it, but I am unable to understand the position of the steel cable from the figure. There are 40 steel cables, and I know I can place them in a radial pattern. However, I want to know how to determine the specific position for each steel cable and how to assemble them accordingly.
