I have found these given parameters:

Is it possible to derive the yield stress (compression/tension), inelastic strain (compression) and cracking strain (tension) from the parameters given above? I found some equations in a paper that would help me do so, but this was only for normal strength concrete, and I need it for high strength concrete.

Yes, there are some formulas that describe the stress-strain relationship for concrete. Check for example the following papers:
- "Finite element analysis of high strength reinforced concrete beams" C.L. Oh et al.
- "Complete stress-strain behaviour of high-strength concrete under compression" L.S. Hsu et al.

Hey FEA way,

Can I just use any stress strain data I find for high strength concrete and use it with the given strain-damage relation shown in the picture?

I wouldn't advise such approach. Instead try to find a complete set of CDP parameters for high strength concrete. Or perform experimental testing if you can.

That has been the problem, I cannot get a complete set of CDP parameters for high strength concrete. I will just have to put this on hold for the time being. Thank you for the help.
