Look at the .dat file. There you'll find warnings with the reason for the behavior.

In general:
- Don't use an equation if you are not familiar with that. Use coupling or a rigid body. They are easier to handle.
- Make sure that every body is restraint, so that no unlimited movement in any direction can happen.
 
I basicly investigated your model.

You are pulling the reference point through U2 direction but there is not any connection between your reference point and Part-2(cylinderycal part) in the same direction (U2) direction. Therefore your RP-1 is only sliding in the space and so non of load is applied the model. This is why the stress is zero.

The displacement of RP-1 is not be seen in the results. If you want to see its movement you may define a point mass on the RP-1.
Then you can see that displacement is applied to the RP-1 but it is not transferring to the PART-2.

I have no idea why you define an equation.
