Hi everyone,
I am trying to simulate the dispersion of collagen fibres within the cornea using the HGO mathematical model available in Abaqus. I was wondering whether it is necessary to define a single orientation for all the fibres or whether it is possible to assign each mesh element a different orientation without using a subroutine.
Thanks in advance to anyone who would like to help me.

You can use the distribution feature to define spatially-varying orientations. Details are described in the documentation.
