I address you, hoping someone can help me.
I am doing simulations with Abaqus on representative volumes (RV) of heterogeneous materials, particularly textiles.
My goal is to make homogeneus the material by an average volume of stresses in performing this RV.
In that regard, I would like to know if there is a way on how to calculate the volume do each finite element, multiplied by the relative stress (Gauss point) and add them all together. Finally, the result will be divided by the total volume of the model, obtaining the average value of a particular component of the stress.
Thanks
Pietro
