Abaqus Homogeneous neo-Hookean solid

Hello, I would like to know what kind of boundary conditions I should apply to a cuboid solid for the following cases:

1. Homogeneous uniaxial stretch on x-axis.
2. Homogeneous equibiaxial stretch on x-axis and y-axis.
3. Simple shear strain in the x-y plane.

I have tried different combinations of BCs but to no avail.
