Abaqus:multiple processor error

My computer has four processors, and I set up multiprocessors to run in Abaqus, but the Status file shows that all tasks are assigned to #CPU1, the task manager shows that the CPU occupancy rate is less than 20%, and the simulation speed is very slow. My dear friend, could you help me solve my difficulty? be deeply grateful!

Try with just the "Use multiple processors" field changed to 4, leave "Number of domains" as default.
 
First of all, thank you for your reply, but when I finished setting up the 4 processors, then I click "Number of domains", the number in it automatically becomes the number of processors set above(4). I tried to open a previous job in which the Status file shows that it is reasonable to assign tasks between each CPU, as shown in the following figure:
