Hello,
I have access to a new Windows Server 2012 R2 HPC cluster. Presently, I can get Abaqus to run on a single node, but I haven't had much success getting it to run across multiple nodes. Does anyone have experience with this? I'm assuming I need to modify the environment file, but I haven't gotten it to work yet.
Thanks for your help!

I would have thought that your server would automatically distribute work across nodes if you specified more cores than a node contains. Anyway,hHave you been able to run simulations with more than one core on one node? If so, then you might need to add a command like mp_mode= =mpi. e.g. job=job_4cpus cpus=4 mp_mode=mpi input=./job.inp to get a job to run on more than one node.

You might need something other than message passing interface (mpi) depending on how your cluster is setup. Also might be worth checking if there is some load balancing program for the cluster is sending and submitting your jobs in some other way..
