Abaqus Parametric Study

In Abaqus I have modeled 1D Cantilever Beam with 200 elements and 2 sets named "Damage element set" and "Healthy elements set". Damage set has 1 element and Healthy set has remaining 199 elements. I have to do simulation 200 times by changing both sets every time.
e.g. for 1st simulation element number 1 will be in damage set and remaining elements will be in healthy set, for 2nd simulation element number 2 will be in damage set and remaining elements will be in healthy set.....like that 200 cases and its simulation.
So anyone has any idea about how to perform such large number of simulations without manually doing it?

Look at *Parameter or use the scripting capabilities in Abaqus. If you have ISight, make use of it.
