Abaqus suspension problem

Dear Experts,

I am not an expert in abaqus, please bear with me :). I have successfully managed to build a dynamic model that contains two moving wheels connected with an axle all of which made of steel (deformable). The model seem to work alright with now problems.
Now I have been trying to develop the model further; I want to add a a car-body connected to the axle with a suspension (unmeshable) part. I have created a visual wire connection between points in the axle and points in the car-body and then assigned to it a Cartesian connection with allowable vertical movement (with a stiffness and damping) and to prevent movement in the other directions within the wire (expect the vertical one) I have assigned a boundary constrain that prevent movement in all other directions.
Now the problem is that every time I run the model, the wheels and the axle start to move on their own without moving/dragging the car-body, as if the car-body is not connected.
Some people suggested that I should couple the connection points on the axle with a surface on the axle and also couple the connection point in the carbody with a surface from the carbody, however, this didn't work and the everything moved without the car-body.

Can someone help me with this problem.

Thank you all for your time, I am looking forward to hearing form you guys.

Regards,
Wehbi
