Hello,
I am using abaqus FSI explicit simulation. During the simulation the following warning occurs, from the message file:
"The ratio of deformation speed to wave speed in the elements in element set WarnElemDeformRateExceedsRatio-Step1 exceed the warning ratio. Refer to the status file for further details. This message is printed during the first applicable increment, but will not be printed during subsequent increments for the remainder of the step."
from the status file:
"***WARNING: In element 186325 of instance EULERIAN-1 the ratio of deformation speed to wave speed is 0.31214 at increment 19017. See the message file for further information."
For some simulations this can lead to an error in the simulation:
"The ratio of deformation speed to wave speed exceeds 1.000 in at least......"
Any help on what the issue might be or how to resolve it, would be greatly appreciated. I am modeling a tube filled with liquid being crushed
