i am working on a model which consists of Beam, column and Boltless connector
where the beam and connector has weld behaviour - I gave tangential contact
Upright and connector - Tangential Contact
upright and tabs of connector - Hard Contact
here after conducting non-linear analysis the interaction between upright and connector starting to behave as a fixed connection resulting in more stiffness
but my connector is boltless so it is not supposed to happen
i am unable to understand what is going wrong
need some help with .....

It might help if you provide a diagram of your model

please provide sketch of the connection. Is the flange and web welded to the column, if so it sounds like a moment connection and not a shear connection.

Actually, The beam is welded to Connector and the connector is just placed like a hook in web perforations of the column

so what is the problem? the displacements look plausible. there is no way that connection is going to be "pinned" in reality.

and what is the purpose of this highly detailed, complicated, FE model?

What data are you using to tell you the "upright and connector are starting to behave as a fixed connection"? Are you plotting a force-displacement curve, or are you trying to determine the connection behavior by looking at the deformed shape?

By the way, I think this would be a fixed connection? I count five tabs connecting to the column, with one being above the top flange of the beam and one being below the bottom flange. I don't think the slots in the vertical direction would make the connection pinned.

The more information you provide, the more we can help you.
