Does anyone have any experience with getting online with this PLC? What software would be required? What type of comm. cable would we need?
We have a unit in an old chop saw. The PLC has been acting up lately. We are wanting to do a PLC swap but unfortunately the original manufacturer has gone bankrupt years ago and to date we have not been able to find any companies that support their equipment.
If we were able to read the program from the PLC, we wouldn't have to reverse engineer the program from scratch.

I have a set of manuals and also three 3 1/2" floppy disks marked 907 PC331.

They are for a Procontic system and are dated December 1992. Don't know if that is something you could use.

Thanks for the offer Skogsgurra, I need to do a little more investigating to see exactly what I need. I'll be in touch.
