Dear Sirs,

I hope this thread finds you well.

We have a ABB VFD ACS800-01--0030-5+D150+E200+L502+N653 +P001 ,

some parameter groups do not show up on the local control panel, the only parameter groups that show are 10, 11, 14, 16, 33 the rest do not show. And also the language selection which should be in group 99; it shows in group 33.

I want to transfer data from old VFD to a new one. ABB allow uploading all parameters groups from 1 until 97 from the drive to the control display and then downloading them to the new drive except 98 & 99 avoid motors unfit. So, I must record them on a paper and insert them manually to the new drive but i can not see them on the local control display.

These two groups and many others are not visible on the local control display.

Please advise Sirs.

Best regards,

For that kind of operational change, the normal choice is to run a laptop connection to the drive and adjust the appropriate parameters using the laptop - not the local HMI display. Some drives require a proprietary "handshake" or "secret decoder ring" to make sense of the drive language on the laptop. Unfortunately, I cannot recall offhand whether the ABB ACS800 series drive is one of those.
